  1. Loved it. I didn’t even know those existed. So how do you maintain speed? It seems like you really picked up momentum as you went around the track. I can’t believe you can do that after hip surgery. Kent, you continue to amaze me!

    1. Speed on a onewheel is controlled by the tilt of the board. Lean forward to increase speed and lean back to reduce speed. As a person gains experience and your body learns the motion you actually control the board without thinking about it (I’m definitely not there yet). A one wheel can throw you off of it if you are not careful…But we both know that I am CAREFUL (most of the time). But stay tuned….In mid April I will be attending (and hopefully be successful at) the best Powered Paragliding school in the country in Lake Wales, FL. And that, JoAnn, will be (at least to me) AMAZING!!
