We didn’t ponder the idea of a Trans Siberian Railroad adventure for long.  Originally, we thought that we would travel it in the throws of winter – for a really cool adventure -.

However, due to the availability of guide lead train passage, we opted for a late summer trip.  It turned out to be the right decision.
